That’s what a McGill prof testified at the court case between Loyola HighSchool in Montreal and the provincial government. Loyola is fighting having  to offer the new religion & ethics course. Loyola contends that this course is not really “value free” but rather imposes a relativistic philosophy which is not consistent with Catholic education.
